  • 8 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 4 (1-ounce) slices rye bread
  • 1/2 pound thinly sliced deli ham
  • 8 precooked bacon slices
  • 4 (1/3-inch-thick) slices tomato
  • 4 (5/8-ounce) slices Swiss cheese


  1. 1. Preheat broiler.
  2. 2. Spread 2 teaspoons mustard over each bread slice. Divide ham evenly among bread slices. Top each with 2 bacon slices, 1 tomato slice, and 1 cheese slice. Place sandwiches on a baking sheet; broil 2 minutes or until cheese melts. Serve immediately.
