This was an exquisite recipe. I doubled the tzatziki recipe beacause I love it, but didn't double the pepper (that's a lot of pepper!). I wish I would have added an extra egg white as reviewed, but otherwise this was really easy and so very tasty.

This was my first time making crab cakes. They had good flavor and I liked the crunch the bread gave. I didn't have green onion, so I subbed leeks. I also added some dill and lemon to the tzatziki. As everyone else has said, they did fall apart, so more egg next time.

These were good - I used two egg whites as suggested by other posters. They stayed together. I like my crab cakes a little spicier.

First time making Crab cakes. I thought they were absolutely delicious. My husband and I were making yummy sounds the whole time while eating them. I just noticed the double the egg yolk in the other reviews. I halved the recipe, but used the whole egg white just cause I thought it needed it, and mine did not fall apart. So apparently doubling it works. I made the sauce twice because there was simply too much garlic. I added dill to the sauce and lemon juice. I substituted mayo for the yogurt in the Crab cake (I know, I know FAT) and I think it tasted great. I thought they were light and delicate and just simply amazing. I hope that I can duplicate it next time.

Flavor was great but they fell apart. Next time I will use less yogurt and more egg. I liked the sauce my husband was not a fan however.

Garlic and cucumber needs to be very finely chopped. Less dill. Mine also fell apart so more egg next time.
