Made to recipe with few minor changes. Added some low-sodium beef broth to the lean ground round to bring up the juicy factor. Used fresh thyme for the burger rub & topped the cooked patties with a slice of low-fat swiss cheese. Everything worked really well together -- a good burger. Served with corn on the cob.

I found this bland. I was expecting the mushroom and onions to be more like a sauce or gravy and the burgers to have more taste to them. I won't make again.

Very tasty for a quick weeknight meal. I used Worcestershire sauce - but I'm sure balsamic vinegar would be equally tasty. As some of the other posters mentioned, I mixed the seasonings in with the beef before cooking. Used extra lean ground beef -but probably a little juicier with ground round.

very good,I made the dish step by step and it was great. My husband and I were looking for good low cal meals and this will be a mainstay. I made oven fried french fries to go with burgers. A great meal for 450 calories for both dishes.

Only so-so. Even with adding a some beef broth to the mix, the burgers were bland and a little dry. The onion/mushroom mixture was good, but not enough to make this again.

We loved this. Used the balsamic but also added Worcestershire sauce. I mixed seasoned salt and pepper into the beef, as well as some beef broth (because we used extra lean). A little fresh Mozzarella and it was perfect!

We enjoyed this basic, family-style recipe, but I used ALL the seasoning for just two burgers and was glad I did. I also added an extra Tsp. of vinegar and probably should have added one more. We ate this on toasted rye bread with a slice of swiss cheese and for sides, browned potatoes and steamed broccolini. I did find it a bit dry and next time will follow advice to add beef stock.

Maybe a 3.5. I made this a few years ago and my notes say it was very easy and we thought it was good to pretty good.
