Ingredients
- 2 ounces softened cream cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons minced parsley
- 1 pinch salt and pepper
- 8 slices sourdough bread
- Sweet onion (such as Vidalia)
- Stemmed watercress
Preparation
- Mix 2 oz. softened cream cheese with 1/4 cup mayonnaise, 2 Tbsp. minced parsley, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Spread 4 slices of sourdough bread with cream cheese mixture. Top with thin slices of sweet onion (such as Vidalia), stemmed watercress from a 2 oz. bunch and another 4 slices of bread.
