My DH loved the bread.. said it would make a great pizza dough.. yes, rating this because I changed it a little.. I used the bread recipe and topped with herbs and cheese.. great dipping bread! Served w/homemade spaghetti sauce. Athough the water was not listed in the ingredients.. that threw me.. I would recommend for sure!
