- 4 whole(s) red chillis
- 2 teaspoon(s) urid dal
- 1 tablespoon(s) tamirind
- Add oil to pan and add urid daal followed by red chillies
- Fry onions in oil till transparent and keep aside
- Grind the above with tamarind
- Heat the oil and fry the paste to 3 mins
