- 3/4 cup(s) kalamata olives, pitted
- 1 cup(s) Fresh parsley
- 2-4 clove(s) Garlic
- 1/2 cup(s) pine nuts
- Combine all ingredients in food processor. Pulse to blend, adding enough oil to achieve spreadable consistency.
- Season with pepper
- Serve with crackers or bread rounds.
