  • 3 to 4 plum tomatoes, diced
  • 1 (5 3/4-ounce) jar pimiento-stuffed olives, chopped
  • 1/2 medium onion, diced
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
