- 2 tablespoon(s) Water
- 2 tablespoon(s) Olive oil
- 3 1/2 cup(s) Bread flour
- 2 tablespoon(s) Sugar
- 1 teaspoon(s) Salt
- 1 tablespoon(s) Yeast
- 3/4 cup(s) Olives Pitted, coarsely chopped, patted dry
- Add in order to bread maker, add olives at point for add-ins. Baked on normal bread cycle, came out nice but a bit too fluffy w ~3 3/4 C flour. Consider adding rosemary and some whole wheat flour, lessen yeast amount.
