Olive-Basil Relish

2 plum tomatoes, seeded and finely diced
1/2 cup finely diced yellow bell pepper
1/4 cup pitted kalamata olives, finely diced
1/4 cup pitted green olives, finely diced
1/4 cup finely diced red onion
2 tablespoons drained small capers
1 tablespoon MCCORMICK Gourmet Collection Basil Leaves
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons DOMINO Granulated Sugar
1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
Salt and MCCORMICK Gourmet Collection Coarse Grind Black Pepper to taste


1. Stir together first 8 ingredients in a large bowl.

2. Whisk together olive oil, sugar, and vinegar until blended. Pour over tomato mixture in bowl, and toss to coat. Cover and let stand at room temperature 1 hour. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
