- 3 cups lime juice
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 4 medium-size hot red peppers
How to Make It
Combine lime juice and salt in a clear glass jar, stirring until salt dissolves. Add peppers; cover and let sit in the sunshine 2 days. Remove and discard peppers; bottle sauce. Refrigerate. Serve with baked, broiled, or fried fish.
Note: Old Sour is highly concentrated and should be used sparingly.
