Ingredients

  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup light corn syrup
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 3 T. butter, melted
  • 1 T. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups coarsely chopped pecans
  • 9 inch unbaked pie shell

Preparation

  1. 1. Combine first five ingredients.

  2. 2. Beat with electric mixer until blended. Stir in pecans. Pour mixture into pastry shell.

  3. 3. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes.
