Old Pecan Street Pecan Pie
This is our favorite pecan pie--the easy, beat-pour-and-bake kind with a light custard filling.

Ingredients
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 3 T. butter, melted
- 1 T. vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups coarsely chopped pecans
- 9 inch unbaked pie shell
Preparation
- 1. Combine first five ingredients.
- 2. Beat with electric mixer until blended. Stir in pecans. Pour mixture into pastry shell.
- 3. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes.
