Okra-Pepper Sauté

  • 2 teaspoons butter or stick margarine
  • 1 cup yellow bell pepper strips
  • 1 cup red bell pepper strips
  • 3 cups okra pods, cut in half diagonally (about 1/2 pound)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

How to Make It
