Yummy dish that is easy. I used chicken sausage and increased the amount since I was serving this as an entree rather than a side dish. Would use mild sausage myself since I prefer food that is not too spicy. Serve with a salad and biscuits for a nice summer supper.

I made this while at the beach, using fresh silver queen corn along with okra and tomatoes from a roadside farm stand. It was excellent. I plan to make it again soon. I didn't measure the okra or corn, but used 4 ears and about 1.25 lbs. of okra.

We found this recipe to be wonderful. It was easy to make and the taste was superb. My husband said, "Oh boy, you can make this more often." I made this with a little variation....I added 1 tablespoon of olive oil to saute the meat.

This was so, so great- and really easy. We have a huge garden that we eat out of all summer and we love finding new recipes to try out. You could definitely add a little more sausage and serve over rice for a meal! We ate it for breakfast the next morning with grits- AWESOME.

Had a luncheon for some friends and they thought that it was the best dish on the table. Used olive oil to saute my sausage and the "spicyness" was just right. Served it with squash and onions, butter beans, turkey, cornbread, and freshly squeezed lemonade. Topped it off with blackberry cobbler, it was GREAT!

Was a little concerned how good this dish was going to be, but it ended up being awesome. Really great side dish, my husband loved it . Even really good as leftovers.

We liked this recipe, but it really needs directions on how to properly clean fresh okra, or specify using frozen instead. If you don't clean okra correctly, it turns into a very sticky mess, as I found out. Using only a cup of the sticky okra didn't affect the recipe much, but I would have liked to have added more for flavor.

Excellent! The best okra, corn & tomatoe recipe that I've ever made. This was not slimy at all. Served with smothered, skinless chicken thighs and white rice. Note: don't sub fresh corn & okra for frozen or canned.

I omitted the sausage all together and added 1 fresh sliced jalopeno with some seeds removed. Delish. Easy and healthy served with hamburgers.
