Yield 6 to 8 servings


  • 2 tablespoons bacon drippings
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup chopped green onion
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 12 eggs, beaten

How to Make It

  1. Heat bacon drippings and water in a large skillet. Add onion and salt. Cover, and cook over medium heat 10 minutes or until tender.

  2. Add eggs; cook over medium heat, stirring often, until eggs are firm but still moist.
