- 2 tablespoons bacon drippings
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup chopped green onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 12 eggs, beaten
How to Make It
Heat bacon drippings and water in a large skillet. Add onion and salt. Cover, and cook over medium heat 10 minutes or until tender.
Add eggs; cook over medium heat, stirring often, until eggs are firm but still moist.
