Ingredients
- 1/2 cup(s) rolled oats
- 1/3 cup(s) very hot water
- 3/4 cup(s) yogurt plain
- 1 tablespoon(s) butter
- 1 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) baking soda
- 1/4 cup(s) oat bran
- 1 2/3 cup(s) 8.33 oz. bread flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) yeast
Preparation
- put oats in bread machine and add hot water. Stir and then let sit for 15 min. Put remaining ingredients in pan in order. Set for white bread and medium crust.
