Oatmeal-Toffee Cookies

    I didn;t see anywhere that these were supposed to be a healthy cookie. Should have read entire recipe before baking like I usually do - just left a little something to be desired. Not very sweet, which is okay, but not much other flavor w/o toffee bite. And no way they make 4 dz when you use tablespoon! I used small tb scoops and barely made 3. But it's a workable recipe

    Very tasty cookie. I drizzled it with melted caramel to kick it up a bit. Would make again!

    Do not make this cookie if you like your cookies soft and chewy. This cookie came out dry and bland. I think the oatmeal, toffee bits, and nuts absorbed everything, making them very dry. Maybe they would be better if you omitted the nuts, cut back on the oatmeal, added more butter? No one in the family liked them. I love a good oatmeal cookie.....would not make this again.

    Good cookie. My family doesn't like nuts so swapped them for chocolate chip cookies--mini chips would have been perfect. I cooked some at 375 for 10 min and others at 350 for 14. Those at 350 came out better.
