Good- but not great. Really liked the berry coulis. I only had blueberries, no raspberries, so I'm sure that would change the recipe a bit. Really enjoyed the next day cold (the flavors came together nicelY)

These are exquisite! I didn't make the berry coulis--didn't think the pancakes needed them. They are easy to make, but its important to mix the oatmeal/buttermilk first to sit, so remember to allow for that time. These are far healthier than other pancake recipes I've tried and taste better. Of note, added cinnamon and nutmeg to the mixture -- delicious.

Really nice for a summer Sunday brunch. The pancakes aren't much different than any other pancakes, but the coulis DEFINITELY makes the dish. Made both using Splenda instead of sugar, and they tasted just great. Used fresh Raspberries from Trader Joe's and the fresh, sweet taste knocks your taste buds right over. Who needs syrup? I'd for sure recommend these.
