Oatmeal-Graham Bread

    Worthy of a Special Occasion

    This bread is fabulous. My husband usually will only rave about Artisan breads but he really likes this one. The crumb is buttery and smooth and it's not super crumbly like some breads. I mix the dough then let is rise 10 minutes and fold and repeat this 2 more times then let it rise normally.LOVE IT.
