Ingredients

  • 1-1/4 cup(s) flour
  • 1 teaspoon(s) baking soda
  • 1 cup(s) unsalted butter cream
  • 1-1/4 cup(s) sugar cream
  • 3/4 cup(s) brown sugar (any type) cream
  • 2 egg
  • 1 package(s) instant vanilla pudding (any flavor)
  • 3 cup(s) quick oats
  • .5 package(s) peanut butter/ chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. 1. Mix 1-1/4 cups of flour with 1 tsp baking sode in bowl, set aside
  2. 2. Cream 1 cup softenen unsalted butter into 1-1/4 cups of sugar and 3/4 cups of brown sugar
  3. 3. Add 2 eggs to creamed mixture and add 1 package instant vanilla pudding
  4. 4. Stir in (or slowly with mixer) 3 cups of quick oats
  5. 5. Stir in 1/2 package of chips (any type)
  6. 6. Separate dough into 3-4 sections and hand roll into 2 inch diameter logs
  7. 7. Refrigrate 1 hour (at least)
  8. 8. With sharp knife slice about 1/4 inch cookie sections
  9. 9. On Ungreased cookie sheet, bake at 350 degrees for 10 mins
