I believe breakfast is an important meal of the day. On days that I'm short on time I love making this delicious breakfast shake. I use almond milk or fat free milk. On occasion I'll throw in about 1/4 cup Greek yogurt for protein.
Yield: 1 serving
1/2 - 1 whole(s) banana fresh
1 cup(s) milk
1/2 cup(s) raw oatmeal
In a blender combine all ingredients and blend. Enjoy!
