2 cups low fat or non fat plain or sugar-free yogurt
1/3 cup fresh blueberries
1/3 cup sliced fresh strawberries
2 tablespoon walnuts
2 tablespoon sliced almonds
1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
1 tablespoon uncooked whole or quick oats
How to Make It
Mix berries, nuts, flaxseed and oats in a bowl. Fill a parfait glass with half the yogurt and sprinkle with half the berry mixture; add another layer with the remaining yogurt and berry mixture. Enjoy!
