How to Make It

Step 1

Combine cabbages and red pepper in a large bowl; toss well.

Step 2

Combine crushed pineapple, sour cream, sugar, mustard, vinegar, and salt in a small bowl, stirring well. Add pineapple mixture to cabbage mixture, and toss until blended. Cover and chill. Sprinkle slaw with peanuts just before serving.
