- 1 box(es) pastry dough thawed
- 1 1/2 cup(s) Sugar
- 1/4 cup(s) Nutella
- 2 teaspoon(s) Cinnamon (optional)
- Lay parchment on counter and spread 1 cup of sugar on the surface. Lay thawed pastry dough over sugar, use a rolling pin to roll to a 12x18 inch rectangle, pressing pastry dough into sugar. Spread Nutella (adding more to taste, because seriously, it's Nutella) and sprinkle cinnamon (if desired). Spread the rest of the sugar on the pastry dough, lightly use the rolling pin to press the sugar down into the Nutella and dough. Fold each long end over, meeting in the middle. Take each long end and fold in once more, to create the palmier shape. Cut into 1/4 inch pieces, lay on parchment covered cookie sheet. Bake at 400F for 15 mins or until golden brown and caramelized.
