Norwegian Cucumber Salad

- 1 cup(s) White vinegar
- 3 tablespoon(s) Sugar
- 2 tablespoon(s) Water
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) Salt
- 2 Cucumbers large
- Boil dressing of vinegar, sugar, water, pepper and salt and cool.
- Scrub, don't peel cucumbers (may also score with a fork)
- Slice cucumbers thinly and cover with chilled dressing.
- Chill 20 minutes
- Sprinkle with dill.
- Serve as a relish or salad
