  • 1 cup(s) White vinegar
  • 3 tablespoon(s) Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Water
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) Salt
  • 2 Cucumbers large


  1. Boil dressing of vinegar, sugar, water, pepper and salt and cool.
  2. Scrub, don't peel cucumbers (may also score with a fork)
  3. Slice cucumbers thinly and cover with chilled dressing.
  4. Chill 20 minutes
  5. Sprinkle with dill.
  6. Serve as a relish or salad
