    Worthy of a Special Occasion

    Delightful dish I could imagine serving to company, though we had it as a weeknight dinner. Made 2/3 recipe but only 1/2 the sauce and found that proportion just right. I also used less cucumber than called for and added a dash of crushed red pepper and garlic salt. Served with warm pita and a salad of mixed greens, red onion, oranges and toasted walnuts with the CL citrus vinaigrette.

    Very yummy. Loved the freshness of the dish and the simplicity. Only thing I would change is add a little more cumin maybe a little cayenne pepper but not use so much dressing.
