How to Make It

Place salt, torn nori sheets, and garlic clove in a spice grinder or mini food processor, and process until finely ground. Combine yogurt, mayonnaise, buttermilk, vinegar, miso, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl, stirring well with a whisk. Stir in nori mixture and minced fresh chives.
