- 12 ounces NO YOLKS® Extra Broad Noodles
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine
- 1 cup whipping cream or light cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- Freshly ground black pepper
How to Make It
Prepare noodles according to package directions; drain.
Meanwhile, in large skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Stir in whipping cream; heat until warm. Stir in 3/4 cup cheese.
Add hot noodles and parsley; toss until well coated. Serve with remaining 1/4 cup cheese and pepper.
