- 4 eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 quart plus 1 cup whipping cream
- 3 cups milk
- 3 tablespoons vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
How to Make It
Beat eggs in a large bowl at medium speed of an electric mixer until frothy. Gradually add sugar; beat well. Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
Pour mixture into freezer can of a 5-quart hand - turned or electric freezer; freeze according to manufacturer's instructions. Let ripen at least 1 hour before serving. Scoop into individual bowls.
