The natural acidity in the papaya will help prevent this banana mixture from beginning to turn brown immediately. This puree does not freeze well, so plan to serve it within 1 to 2 days.

2 kiwifruit, peeled and quartered
1 papaya, peeled, seeded, and chopped
1 ripe banana, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices

Preparation

1. Place fruit in a food processor; process until smooth.
