Using egg substitute instead of real eggs in this recipe allows you to skip the usually required cooking process.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups 2% reduced-fat milk*
- 3/4 cup fat-free half-and-half
- 3/4 cup egg substitute
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 3/4 cup egg substitute
- 2 tablespoons bourbon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Preparation
- 1. Whisk together all ingredients in a bowl or pitcher. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
- *1 1/2 cups vanilla-flavored soymilk may be substituted.
- Note: For testing purposes, we used Egg Beaters egg substitute and Silk Vanilla Soymilk.
