Ingredients
1 cup(s) Dry oatmeal
1 cup(s) Toasted coconut
1/2 cup(s) Mini chocolate chips
1/2 cup(s) Peanut butter
1/2 cup(s) Ground flax seed
1/3 cup(s) Honey
1 teaspoon(s) Vanilla
Preparation
Stir all ingredients together in medium bowl - let chill for half hour - roll balls into whatever size you like (my size was about 2.5 T of dough) - store in container for up to 1 week in fridge
