Ingredients
- 2 c sugar
- 1/4 c cocoa
- 1/2 c 2% milk
- 1 stick butter
- 1 t vanilla
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 c peanut butter
- 3 c oats
Preparation
- Mix sugar & cocoa. Add milk & butter, boil over low heat for 1 minute.
- Remove from heat & QUICKLY add vanilla, salt, peanut butter. Stir quickly until peanut butter melts. Stir in oats.
- Drop on wax paper.
