Nina's Sweet Potato Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1. 2 cups peeled and grated sweet potatoes
  • 2. 1 cup milk
  • 3. 2 Tbs melted butter
  • 4. 1 cups sugar
  • 5. 2 eggs lightly beaten
  • 6. 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 7. 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 8. 1 tsp. nutmeg

Preparation

1. Grade potatoes into the milk

2. Add the next 7 ingredients

3. Pour into a well greased 11/2 quart baking dish

4. Bake at 350* for 1 hour
