Arrange fish in a single layer on rack of a broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Combine lemon juice and next 3 ingredients in a small bowl. Drizzle evenly over fish.
Broil fish 5 1/2 inches from heat 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Sprinkle fish with almonds the last minute of broiling.
