I can't wait to try this recipe when I fly back home from Road Island! I just enjoyed a simple recipe alternative tonight in my stovetop accessible hotel room. Here goes... 1 pound ground beef, 1 'packet' of an original flavored taco seasoning; yellow onion, salt, pepper, celery salt. Prep. Follow the instructions on the back of the taco seasoning packet, season with salt and pepper while browning; when prompted to add taco seasoning, incorporate roughly 1/2 teaspoon celery salt. Once the meat sauce is simmered to a good consistency, arrange your hotdog in this order: steamed bun, your choice of frankfurt, yellow mustard, meat sauce, diced onions, and a sprinkle of additional celery salt. Yummy!
