Skip the jarred stuff and whip up a batch of this New York-style pizza sauce right in the comfort of your own kitchen.  It's perfect for any pizza or calzone.

This recipe goes with Grilled Pepper, Onion, and Sausage Calzones, Spinach and Ricotta Pizza
