Oh my! These ware GREAT! They get a slight spicy kick from the cayenne, so if youdon't like spicy, put paprika instead. But the filling is nice and creamy. Everyone in the house loved them! I served them with Beer-Can Chicken (also on this site from All You Magazine). I also served them with coleslaw. I am making this again and again!
