  • 1 pound new potatoes, unpeeled and quartered
  • 1 tablespoon light stick butter
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons lime juice
  • 3/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

How to Make It
