This was really easy to make. The hardest part was reading all of the directions for my new pressure cooker ;-) The meat was very tender. I also served it with rice, and added a little more chopped tomato than called for on top (but that's just b/c I love tomatoes). An easy, tasty recipe - even for a pressure cooker newbie like me.

The flavor is wonderful - the only change I made to the recipe was I used 4 hatch chiles. However, it ran out of liquid before the time was finished. At 30 minutes it started to smell like it might be overcooking - and I was right. There was no liquid left, and it was very dark on the bottom - almost burnt. Unfortunately, that meant that the beans weren't quite cooked enough. I will definitely try this again, but will add a couple of extra cups of water.
