    Pretty good overall. I also added more cheese, but otherwise I made it as described. The burgers themselves were pretty bland, but assembled, the whole thing was good. I'd make it again.

    A basic, solid burger recipe. The beer-caramelized onions are delicious, and the Vermont white cheddar pairs well. I do think the amount of cheese and mayo/mustard called for in the recipe is ridiculously stingy - less than 1/2 oz reduced fat cheese per burger? That's not even enough to taste. So I upped the cheese and sauce and left out the olive oil when cooking the onions to make up for it. If I make these again, I think I'll incorporate more of the onion mixture into the actual burger patties.

    Good burger, but could use more cheese and onion flavor as other users have noted.

    Yum! After reading the previous reviews, I added onion powder, garlic salt, and cracked black pepper to the turkey before forming the patties. I also seasoned the onions with salt and pepper. We used Dubliner cheddar. Everyone loved it.
