Negronis
Much of a negroni's flavor comes from Campari, a bitter Italian aperitif. As with so many bitter things, people tend to love it or hate it. Prep Time: 5 minutes.

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup gin
- 3/4 cup Campari
- 3/4 cup sweet vermouth
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 6 strips orange zest (about 1/2 in. by 3 in. each)
Preparation
- In a large cocktail shaker or pitcher, combine gin, Campari, and sweet vermouth. Add ice cubes and stir or shake until mixture is cold. Strain into 6 cocktail glasses. Over each glass, twist an orange zest strip to release its oils and drop into glass. Serve immediately.
