This cheesecake was okay, I have made better ones from Cooking Light. I used peaches and pureed the cottage cheese for a while, but the cheesecake was still a bit grainy. I found the sauce very unflavorful, but it could just be the peaches I used. The brittle, however, I thought was delicious, and I will be making it again with different kinds of nuts!
