Easy Microwave Cranberry Almond Snack Mix

A couple minutes in the microwave is all it takes to prepare this easy and flavorful snack mix made with Nature Valley® protein granola.


  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 bag (11 oz) Nature Valley™ cranberry almond protein granola
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup yogurt-covered raisins

How to Make It

  1. In large microwavable bowl, mix brown sugar and butter until well combined. Stir in granola. Microwave uncovered on High  2 minutes, stirring after 1 minute. Stir in dried cranberries.

  2. Spread mixture onto paper towels to cool, about 10 minutes. Stir in yogurt-covered raisins.
