  • 1 cup(s) milk warmed
  • 1/2 cup(s) butter soft
  • 1/4 cup(s) sugar
  • 2 piece(s) eggs
  • 11/2 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 4 cup(s) bread flour
  • 2 1/4 teaspoon(s) yeast


  1. -select dough setting-
  2. -layer ingredients in pan
  3. -check after 5 minutes mixing and add 1 or 2 tbsp more H20 or flour if needed
  4. -when completed, turn dough onto floured surface
  5. -divide into 24 portions
  6. -shape into balls
  7. -place kin greased 13 x 9 greased pan
  8. -let rise covered 15 minutes in warm place
  9. -then bake at 375 13-16 minutes until golden brown.3hours
