- 1 can refried beans
- 1/2 jar (650 ml) salsa
- 1 bag nachos
- 2 cups shredded cheese (blend of cheddar and mozzarella or monterey)
- 1 jar sliced jalapeno or olive slices (optional)
- Combine refried beans and salsa; mix well. Arrange 1/2 bag of nachips on large microwave safe platter. Spread half of bean mixture on chips. Top with 1 cup shredded cheese. Add drained jalapenos if desired. Microwave on high for 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese is melted. Repeat layering with remaining ingredients. Microwave second time on high for 4 - 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
