  • 200g Mutton Bones ,Washed
  • 1 Medium Sized Onion, Chopped
  • 1 Medium Sized Tomato, Chopped
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • 5 Cloves
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Cumin Seeds
  • 8 Black Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) Ginger Paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) Garlic Paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) Turmeric Powder
  • 2 teaspoon(s) Red Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Coriander Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) Black Pepper Powder
  • Water as required
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Lemon Juice
  • Few Coriander Leaves
  • Oil for fry
  • Salt to taste


  1. Step 1: Boil mutton in a pressure cooker with 2 cups of water till the 3-4 whistles. Remove mutton from the cooker and keep it aside

  2. Step 2: Heat oil in a large pan put bay leaf, cloves, black pepper and cumin seeds. When it crackled, add ginger-garlic paste then Sauté onion over medium flame
