Super yummy spicy mustard! It tasted great on the mango macadamia chicken, and I plan on using the leftover mustard on sandwiches and whatever else I can think of.
- 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons pineapple juice
- 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
- Stir together all ingredients; cover and chill up to 8 hours, if desired.
