How to Make It

Coat a medium nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place over medium heat until hot. Add mushrooms and green onions; saute 3 minutes or until tender. Add parsley, wine, salt, and pepper; saute 1 minute. Remove from heat; stir in sour cream. Spoon mushroom mixture evenly over toast, and serve immediately.
