Mushroom Tortellini with Arugula and Crispy Prosciutto

    This was very, very good and incredibly easy. I used a thin mushroom ravioli, which did not hold up well when mixed with the vegetables, but the taste was phenomenal. I also used imported prosciutto; I find domestic to be too salty.

    I used cheese tortellini and added extra garlic. This was a perfect way to use fresh sage from the garden!
